House to Share in Radyr - £400/month inc all bills in Radyr, Cardiff for sale

Hi, I live in a modern medium sized house in Radyr and have a double bedroom available to rent from the start of February. The house comes with a fully furnished kitchen, living room and bathroom. It benefits from double glazing and is fully central heated. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station so very useful for commuting to the city centre. The room holds a large double wardrobe including shelves and a bedside table. You will have full access to the bathroom. I’m a professional 26 year old male looking for a person of similar age either male or female to share my house. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and easy-going person who likes to keep the house as clean and tidy as possible. My party days are a thing of the past but I still enjoy going to the pub and the occasional night out with friends. So if you are a sociable person feel free to have friends over, I’m pretty laid back. As I am a non-smoker, I would like my new housemate to be a non-smoker too. No DSS or pets. The rent is £400 per month and includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and Sky/Broadband + Sky Sports!). Deposit is £350 which will be returned if nothing is damaged.
